  • Senior Human Resources Officer/Acting Business Analyst (2012—2015) Work involved Human Resources operations such as Recruitment, HR Policy Planning, Performance Development Review process, Critical Position Management and Succession Management and Organization restructure process. Job analysis for Branch Managers, Completed Business Unit structures and Job descriptions for all positions Fund-wide.
  • During Acting Team Leader Training stint, prepared a Staff Training Needs Analysis, sorting and collating data, preparation and submission of Staff Training Plan to National Training Productivity Centre at Fiji National University. Completion of training of Trainers (TOTS) 1, 2, 3 and 4 from Fiji National University.
  • Team Leader Projects (2011-2012) – Commenced groundwork for creation of new General Ledger Account with IT Team. Identified $5.2 million in member accounts for members over 65 years with no account movement 10 years or more. Unidentified Deposit Account to boost FNPF General Reserve coffers after due diligent enquiry. Drafted business rules/procedures/forms and specifications for withdrawal and movement of funds into Unclaimed Deposit Accounts.
  • Digitization Project – 2011-2012 Defined and developed the Nomination Digitization project, scope, goals and deliverables of first data cleansing. Plan inclusive of cross functional team members. Projects resources identified, recruitment and ensuring weekly analysis of actual performance against the plan. Functional expertise in design reviews and key decision as well as mitigating risk strategies.
  • Team Leader Customer Services (2010-2011)– ensuring staff are providing quality customer services promptly, efficiently and courteously. Ensuring staff maintain an ethical and positive image of the FNPF In their service. Role was delegated to approve member withdrawals for Housing, Village Housing, Funeral Assistance, and Education Assistance up to $50,000 on various grounds for withdrawal.
  • Team Leader Customer Contact Centre (2010) – Thorough knowledge of FNPF services and products for members via phones. Compiling weekly/monthly calls and analysis of incoming, lost and transferred calls.
  • Team Leader Pension Centre (2007-2009) – Initiation and implementation of first ever registration of Pension Renewal Certificates since 1975. Compilation of Pension Policy and spearheaded discussion and final Memorandum of Understanding between Fiji National Provident Fund and Attorney General’s Office regarding on-line viewing of Births, Deaths and Marriage Certificates.
  • Team Leader Data – (2003-2006) maintaining 100% posting ratio for 150,000 members monthly. Implemented marketing plan for first ever Electronic contribution schedules. Spearheaded talks with biggest single employer i.e. Fiji Government ministries to adopt electronic monthly contribution schedules.
  • Clerical Officer, Customer Services Officer, Cashier for various supervisory areas in the Operations Division at the Fiji National Provident Fund Headquarters in Suva, Lautoka and Savusavu Branches.
