- Compile Hotel safety check or Bus safety checks for TUI Germany
- On a daily basis I am in contact with our agent in Germany via email and with various suppliers across Australia through Email and Skype Phone
- Work on account queries: Find out why there is a loss in the booking; if so how much and come up with solutions to minimize errors in the department.
