1. Developed Sub-Division Business Plan for the Oral Health Unit
2. Discussion of Unit Plan and preparation of Individual Work Plan with each Staff
3. Orientation of New Staffs (New graduates, Interns, and final year student during attachment). This includes activities per week with alignment to learning outcomes. Weekly feedback and presentations of learning issues given during the week.
4. Staff Performance Assessment and timely submission of MyAPA
5. Delegation of duties - improve staff performance and work load distribution

2. Engage in Public Private Partnership
2.1 Work in collaboration with Colgate Palmolive in Celebration of the National Toothbrushing day, Oral Health Week and Oral Health Month. Activities include Community and School engagement in outreach, Oral Health Screening and treatment.
2.2 Work in collaboration with Sai Prema Foundation to implement oral health campaigns during community outreach
3. Maternal, Infant and Child and Adolescent Health
3.1 Increase antenatal coverage with an emphasis on early booking - Conducted trainings for dental practitioners
3.2 All infants and children have access to quality preventive and curative pediatric services - 1-5 years booked and oral health screening done during MCH visits
3.3 Special Needs SOPD done every Friday - Oral Health Screening, Fluoride Application and Treatment.
3.4 Expand provision of preventive and clinical services in Primary Schools and Secondary Schools
