Working at the Kiribati Provident Fund is quite challenging and fun. Lot of challenges you face every day with different kinds. I thought it would be easy, but as you go on your day you meet different types of people you face during your work. Some people do not even want to comply with regulations that have been set to followed, others obeyed and agree. As a compliance inspector, we inspect registered employers on the island that have been slacking on their KPF contribution for their employees. That usually how it works, we went out to them, inspect and write report on our work outside the office.
