  • Night Maintenance Control Center (MCC):
  • Carried out a technical log entry for either Maintenance, PIREP, Cabin, or Scheduled, and also entered MELs or Hold Item priority if any certified engineer requires assistance. Performed a search for any missing technical logs that needed to be entered into the AMOS system, entered the stamp, and filed them for the Technical Librarian to collect.
  • Carried out aircraft allocations written on the board, with the latest amendment for the morning line engineering team, and notified the morning duty AMC of any overnight aircraft locations.
  • Carried out written aircraft task allocation, any medical oxygen uplift, or any other station requests on the board assigned on a particular day from the line duty AMC, or in the handover diary. Also performed informing the duty AMC and tool crib attendant of the TGE for that day, and flight spares to be loaded onto the aircraft.
  • Reporting of any handover shift report, requests from the afternoon AMC, any inoperative ground equipment, or deferred defects to the morning Aircraft Maintenance Coordinator (AMC) or Supervisor.
  • Email the company FJ Transportation for the morning line engineering team pick-up, or TGE pick-up requests, with the correct residential address and contact.
  • Notifying and informing the duty Aircraft Maintenance Coordinator (AMC) of the engineer who is on sick leave, bereavement leave, or annual leave on the board and arranged manpower to cover their shift if it is requested by the duty AMC.
  • Ensuring the check sheet racks are replenished on a timely basis, downloaded, and printed from the latest revision of DocuNet, and removing or discarding the old ones such as the daily checks, transit check sheet, pre-flight line checklist, weekly service check, 10 day service check, ETOPS Pre-Departure Service Check. Ensured that the MCC printer has A4 paper readily available.
  • Ensuring the office is clean throughout the shift, if there are any components, tools, or personal belongings left behind, inform the line engineers to collect or return their items.
  • Assisted the line engineering team for the assistance to clear the Cabin Condition Check (CCL) as per the requests from the duty AMC.
