  • I've gained experience in the following IT areas as a graduate trainee: Syspro ERP Software – helping users with administrative support with accounting modules (ERP access, accounts payable/inventory/purchase order/running pre-month ends/month ends).
  • Manage Desk Engine, Support for desktop/printers, including Software configuration/hardware maintenance, CCTV and networking installation and cabling,.
  • Adding users to Active Directory, applying Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP/Networking, Password resets, Fundamentals of VMware, Network Access Storage (NAS)/Storage Area Network(SAN), Server Backup and Replication Training.
  • Physical Access Creation (Door/Biometrics/Printer Access), Tracking IT Inventory and liaising with suppliers to keep stock, Collaborating with corporate team overseas for email creations and IT support, Providing support remotely from office as well as home.
  • Provide weekly stand-by support at the weekends and after hours.
  • Streamlined processes for increased efficiency by automating routine IT tasks.

  • As an election official worker, I was elected as a polling day worker based in my area which was at Makoi Muslim Primary School
  • I was appointed as a ballot box guard by my Presiding Officer
  • My duty was to guard the box while also do other duties instructed by Presiding and Assistant Presiding Officers
  • Additionally, after the polls closed, assistance was provided in the final balancing and counting of all ballots on the station before they were sent to the counting center.
