  • Ensure all NPTC approvals and trainer approvals are obtained on a timely manner and records are maintained;
  • Ensure all HHEC approvals are obtained on a timely manner and records are maintained;
  • Ensure student manuals, food etc are coordinated in a timely manner and no issues recorded in customer’s feedback;
  • Ensure cleanliness of premises and training rooms at all times
  • Ensure minutes of branch meetings is compiled and circulated to all managers and actions taken by due dates;
  • Ensure proper and updated files are maintained for minutes of meeting;
  • Ensure travel claims are submitted within three working days after travel with all relevant supporting documents;
  • In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the employee is required to perform other duties to enhance teamwork in the department
  • Quality Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all personal activities are undertaken in accordance with the policy, standards and procedure defined in the Datec Business Procedures;
  • Ensure your team morale is high at all times and issues are resolved without causing impact on day to day operation;
  • Participate in the improvement of the standards, procedures, methods, guidelines and techniques defined in the Datec Business Procedures in order to increase the effectiveness of the Datec Quality Systems;
  • Participate in relevant Datec Special Interest Groups and Quality Circles;
  • Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards as viewed by Datec clients, prospects and contracts, and the internal Datec staff.
  • Reporting
  • Records of Daily receipts are maintained and handed over to Accts on a daily basis;
  • Provide Prometric/Pearson Exam reports as required by the Divisional Manager;
  • Maintain up to date technical and customer files in training division;
  • Maintain course customisation contents, note on course etc;
  • Time sheets are properly and accurately prepared and submitted to Division Manager;
  • Weekly customer feedback reports are filed and maintained.
